How to Use

• Hold the whistle firmly and bring it to your lips.
• Blow one or more short, sharp bursts to attract attention in an emergency.
• Keep the mouthpiece clean and free of debris to ensure maximum sound output.

Safety Handling

• Do not allow children to use unsupervised — the whistle can produce very loud sounds that may startle or temporarily disorient.
• Do not blow the whistle near another person's ear at close range, as this can cause hearing discomfort or temporary hearing impairment.
• If the whistle is attached to a keychain or lanyard, ensure the lanyard is breakaway-style to prevent choking hazards.

Storage

• Store in a dry location to prevent moisture buildup inside the chamber, which can muffle sound.
• Avoid prolonged exposure to extreme heat or cold, which may affect the whistle's material integrity over time.

Inspection & Maintenance

• Periodically check the whistle for cracks, deformation, or blockages.
• Rinse with clean water if exposed to dirt or salt water; allow to dry fully before use.
• Replace the whistle if the sound output is noticeably reduced or if the body is cracked or damaged.
